Near the finest restaurants (international and Portuguese food), supermarket, pharmacies, coffee-shops, banks, zoo, art galleries, cinemas and shops. The flat, with 75 m2, has a large bedroom with a dressing closet, a full bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining room with tv, all with plenty of natural light and a view of the city’s natural park Monsanto, where you can take a walk, do some jogging and breathe fresh air.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The payment of the reservation (30%) must be made by bank transfer or by postal money order (we supply the details under request and after email confirmation). When you arrive you must leave a deposit of 100 Euros, which the owner will keep until the keys are returned to him, and if the apartment doesn't show any damages. The payment must be made in cash and beforehand, when the keys are handed over. Rental period is one week. Rentals for periods less than a week (min. 3 days) are available on request. A monthly rate is negotiable in the winter months from November to February. Bed linens, towels and house cleaning provided on arrival and changed on a weekly basis. The persons who occupy the apartment must hand over a copy of their identity card.

Dear Gabriela,
I would like to say How much my parents and I enjoyed our visit to Lisbon. The city is so beautiful.
The accommodation was perfect in location and was so lovely & clean. The apartment facility were the best I have stayed in so far. Overall really enjoyed staying in the apartment.
I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family when they come to Lisbon.
