Quinta Arcadia is a Portuguese farmhouse with a big garden (more then 7000 sqms) situated in the midst of a nature reserve. Thus the next house is pretty far away. in most cases it is only occupied at the weekends. Behind the house there is a patio, where you can have a barbecue or bake your own pizza in a traditional Poruguese baking oven. That is real fun. The quinta has its own well, a small swimming pool and lots of fruit trees. You can eat any fruits that are ripe. From the quinta you can look across Lisbon Bay and see the towering Sintra mountain range above the famous tourist centres of Cascais and Estoril.Within 10 minutes you can get to one of the most famous beaches of the Lisbon area - Praia de Meco- by car, or to the western tip of the peninsula -Cabo Espichel- wirh a spectacular view.There are similar views in the Serra de Arrabida,where Portinho de Arrabida invites the traveller for a relaxing stay.Sesimbra,a very romantic fishing village, is very near too.

The Lavendel- apartment consists of 2 floors. On the first floor you have got two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a lining- room with a kitchenette. This room has an open fireplace,a gas stove wirh an oven and a fridge. It also has a TV and a Radio-CD Player On the second floor you have got two single bedrooms and a bathroom.

Notes to the rental rates

• The Lavendel- apartment rates apply two the two double bedrooms downstairs- Each of the two additional single bedroom upstairs costs 100 € extra.
  
• The final cleaning costs 60 € and we ask for a refundable security deposit of 100 €
  

Accommodation and Facilities for Lavendel in Costa Azul - Setubal area, Portugal

Firewood

The costs for the firewood for the fireplaces and the Portuguese oven are included in the rent. It will be ready in the shed near the house.

Final cleaning

We charge 60 € for the costs of electricity and the final cleaning

Payment

We charge an advance payment of 20 % of the final payment. We also ask por a 100 € deposit, which will be repaid if we get the go-ahead from our administrators. The final payment is due 6 weeks before the arrival day.
