• The rates for high season are for 4 people using the house. The low season price is for 6 people sharing. The 5th and 6th extra person during high season's charged at 20 pounds per night, 7th and 8th at any time of year is charged at 15 pounds and the 9th -15th at 10 pounds per person per night.
  Easter, Christmas and New Year are priced in the high season category.
  30% on booking, balance up to one month before occupancy.

18 hole golf course close by. Also close to Spa facilities. Castelo da Vide, Marvão and Portalegre are all recommended for their tourist attractions. The Unesco World Heritage Sites of Évora and Caceres (Portugal/Spain) and Merida's fantastic Roman ruins ( Spain ) are an hour's easy drive away. There are many natural river pools in the area and 4 beautiful, open-air public pools locally at hand. Wine and food lovers can sample traditional Portuguese cuisine at its unspoilt best and wine tasting trips to local vineyards are easily arranged. A few kilometres away is the recently discovered Roman village of Ammaia, not to mention dolmens, standing stones and ancient castles. Visit in Spring when the myriads of wild flowers bloom, in Summer to bathe, relax, enjoy leisurely meals, Autumn to enjoy the walking trails and Winter to visit the chestnut fair and curl up in front of the log burning stove in the evening having enjoyed the brilliant blue of the Iberian sky by day.
