Rental Supervisor Susan Yorke: A welcome package is delivered by Susan who speaks English and takes care of the cleaning and supervises the rentals. Susan will give you any information you need and has all contacts for pool or handy men if needed. We require that renters send a copy of their third party insurance policy and full payment to confirm booking

Health problems: Quarteira, left at Quarteira-Almancil road, has two clinics. I have done a GUIDE called Shops and Things of Quarteira, your nearest town, and I suggest that you 'drive through it' locating the whereabouts of all you need to know, before you have the need. 1. Clinica Central (Guide in white cupboard, entrance) for its location in Quarteira - Clinica Central has doctors on duty every day, a dentist and a nurse on duty every week day, plus other amenities for specific information as to availability hours, etc. 2. There is also Clinica Euro Saude 289 380 300 (see Quarteira Guide for its location). It has a dentist also. This Clinic belongs to Dr. Theirry. He makes house calls as well as office visits. All the doctors speak English and Portuguese. There are two pharmacy’s. One of them is behind ECO Supermarket, the other is Paula Pharmacy on main Avenue. See guide.

Ordering meals, laundry,extra maid service: Susan Yorke will provide you with her telephone number when delivering the welcome package on your arrival in Fonte Santa.

Golf: The Townhouse that you will be renting is located in the middle of 9 fabulous golf courses. Val do Lobo 2, Quinta do Lago 2, Vila Sol 1, Vilamours 3 Championship golf courses. All within 10-15 minute drives from house. There are many, many more in the Algarve if you wish to try them all. See GOLF map in white cupbopard.
