Luxury townhouse at the spectacular Praia del Rey golf course (voted #1 in Portugal). Situated in a secluded corner of the prestigious new 'Vila dos Principe's' development, only yards away from the beautiful shared heated swimming pool (April - October). Contemporary furnishings throughout and extremely well - equipped. The large open plan lounge and dining area is comfortably furnished with vaulted ceiling, open fire, comfy sofas, large dining table seating 8, new flat screen TV,DVD, CD/cassette player. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge/freezer. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath en-suite and large balcony with seating. Upstairs twin bedded room with 'Juliet' balcony and en-suite. Downstairs twin bedded room with further shower and WC. All beds have duvets. Outside terrace with brick built BBQ, wooden table, chairs and sun lounger’s. Extra folding bed available. Central Heating . Fly screens fitted throughout

Experience the real Portugal, rich in culture, beautiful rolling countryside, windmills, histrorical tiwns and villages, spectacular beaches, and superb food and winesThe resort lies between the picturesque walled medieval town of Obidos, the lively fishing port of Peniche, and the busy market town of Caldas Da Rainha. Excellent beach at the resort, and many others a short drive away. Fishing trips, and also boat trips to the Berlenga Islands, a national nature reserve, from Peniche harbour. Easyjet flights from Luton, Liverpool and Gatwick (new for 2008!) also Monarch, TAP, British Airwars.

Many excellent restaurants within easy driving distance. The golf clubhouse, which offers superb food in it's restaurant, plus bar snacks, and take-away menu, is just a 5 minute stroll from the property. Children are welcome. The hotel also has two excellent restaurants, and an early evening cocktail from their terrace on the beach to watch the sun go down, is an experience not to be missed. Tennis Centre is a 10 minute walk, courts are easily reserved at reasonable rates (app 5 euros per person). Spectacular beaches, at Praia del Rey itself, and all along the coast. Excellent surfing. Beauty Salon at Hotel.

Golf: Praia del Rey golf course, voted 13th in Europe, is truly spectacular. The back 9 holes are links, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic coast, and the Berlenga Islands, the front 9, through beautiful pine woods. Always challenging, for both high and low handicappers, and a really 'fair' course that rewards good shots. A truly great golf course. Reduced green fees can be arranged.

Beautiful house. Children loved the heated pool and the beach. We loved the golf!

Exceptionally well -equipped, better than home!. Really interesting area, great restaurants.

Everything really comfortable, really peaceful. Lots to do, we found the beach a real delight - no crowds!
