  • A 25% deposit is required on confirmation of the booking and full payment is required 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable damage deposit of €300 is also payable before arrival. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure less a reasonable charge for breakages or damage.
  • Rates include gas and electricity. Also cleaning and a change of bed linen once per week and on departure. Further cleaning is available on request at additional cost.
  • 25% discount is available of rentals of 4 weeks or more except during special offer periods
