A new, luxury Villa situated on Portugal's beautiful Silver Coast within walking distance of its long, unspoilt sandy beaches. Praia D'el Rey has been voted the best golf course in Portugal and 13th in Europe. The Villa is situated in a quiet part of the resort and is ideally placed to take advantage of all of it's facilities, including Golf, Tennis, Swimming, Surfing and Cliff Walks. The Villa has been recently built and is decorated and furnished to a high standard. It has 3 large bedrooms, with the master having a balcony overlooking the gardens. The second bedroom downstairs has an en suite. The large sitting room has ample space to seat 6. The property has a separate dining room and a well equipped kitchen. Praia De'l Rey is situated on the Atlantic coast, a 50 minute drive north of Lisbon near the spectacular medieval walled town of Obidos. Surrounded by medieval walls and overlooked by the Moorish Castle the narrow cobbled streets of Obidos are lined with whitewashed houses and shops piled high with local handicrafts. Obidos also boasts a spectacular natural lagoon, ideal for sailing, windsurfing or relaxing by its tranquil water.

Peniche which is also nearby is a busy fishing town just to the south, with a large harbour, rock formations, fantastic sandy beaches and the 17th century Sao Joao Baptista Fort.

It provides an ideal base for exploring this beautiful and unspoilt part of Portugal. The area boasts a number of excellent restaurants as well as large supermarkets and specialty shops.

The Villa is located near to the tennis centre. There is also a convenience store a short distance away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of £300 is payable with the balance. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure less a reasonable charge for breakages or damage.
  • Rates include gas and electricity. An additional charge of £75 per week is payable should you require the pool to be heated. Cleaning and laundry before and after each visit and a change of linen every week are included. If additional cleaning services are required during your stay these can be arranged at additional cost.

Golf and tennis facilities: Clubs can be hired from the Professionals shop or there are two full men's sets of clubs in the villa for your use at no extra cost if required. Golf lessons are available at the excellent practice facilities opposite the first tee. The club house is open daily and has a bar, television room and restaurant, which is open to all and welcomes children. The 5* Marriott hotel on the resort is within walking distance and offers additional fine dining choices. There is also a tennis club on the complex, just over 100 metres from the Villa, which has 7 courts and racket hire, if required.
