This is an attractive, privately owned townhouse with swimming pool in the village of Foz Do Arelho, on Portugal's unspoilt west coast, about an hour's drive north of Lisbon and 15 minutes from Obidos and Praia D'El Rey Golf. Located in a quiet residential development surrounded by pine and eucalyptus woodlands. Regular size pool and a kids pool, it also has a playground for the kids. The spacious townhouse has a stylish living room and dining room with fireplace and full fitted kitchen. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, it sleeps 8 people. The townhouse also has 3 bathrooms, one with a massage tub, 1 is in the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a spacious balcony overseeing the pool. Private backyard has a built-in barbecue. Underground parking garage for two cars with direct access to the townhouse. The townhouse comes complete with bed linens and towels.

This newly built townhouse is located in Foz Do Arelho, about 1 hour's drive from Lisbon and 15 minutes from Praia Del Rey golf & resort. Foz Do Arelho is a small town on the coast, the nearest city is Caldas Da Rainha, which is about 8 kilometers. It it located in a quiet neighborhood but within 2 minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, bars and the beautiful sandy beaches. The house is also 2 minutes from 'Lagoa De Obidos' where many water sports can be practiced and 15 minutes from the medieval town of Obidos.
