The resort facilities include a superb Golf Club House with excellent bar and restaurant and the 5* Marriott Hotel which offers a range of restaurants and other amenities. Both are within walking distance of the villa - as is the well-equipped Tennis Academy. The villa offers spacious accommodation for up to 8 people in four bedrooms (each with its own bath/shower room) and has its own large heated swimming pool, BBQ and sheltered out-door eating area.

Praia D’El Rey is situated on the Atlantic coast, less than an hour’s drive from Lisbon. The area has a wealth of interesting historic towns to explore, not least the famous Medieval walled town of Obidos. Shopping for foodstuffs etc can be an exciting experience with a number of excellent markets nearby as well as large supermarkets and small specialist shops. Lisbon and its surrounding area offers a large range of luxury shopping opportunities

Notes to the rental rates

A 25% deposit is required to secure booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable damage deposit of £350 payable before arrival. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure less a reasonable charge for breakages or damages. During the winter months there will be additional charges for gas heating. Pool heating can be arranged from April to end October. This will be at an additional charge of £40 per week to cover fuel costs.
