BEAUTIFUL VILLA WITH POOL ;3 bedrooms

This villa was built in 2001 and is ideal for families, with private pool 9m X 4,5m: 1,2m-2m deep. Garden with space to walk around, sunbathing area and large covered barbecue area. It has plenty of parking in the courtyard. It has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The villa is fully equipped to the highest standards. The 3 bedrooms all have extra comfy.

Wake up to stunning views over countryside. huge decked terraces to enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

A brand new high end kitchen will make preparing meals a pleasure, and there is a large dinning table that will seat 6 easily. The living room is contemporary in design with all natural materials to be comfortable. Ground floor: Living /Dinning room, fireplace, well equipped kitchen and terrace area; 3 bedrooms (two double, one with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin, bathroom). Recreation room: May also has 2 single beds,large sitting area with table tennis and bathroom. Terraces, garden, swings, basketball and BBQ.

Óbidos is one of the most visited villages in Portugal (national monument). Ít is a walled medieval town with a castle and narrow streets with white and little houses, and several churches. There are many restaurants and bars with the typical 'Ginga de Óbidos' made with alcohol and fruit. The region has moderate weather and is not too hot in the summer. There is a lagoon with calm waters that are perfect for children and less able swimmers. The fisherman's town of Peniche is near by with very good seafood. To enjoy the area is necessary to visit the island of Baleal that is linked to the mainland by a narrow strip of sand. Near by you can visited the spa town of Caldas da Rainha, the monastery of Alcobaça and the fortifications of Torres Vedras.

I recommend this villa because the facilities were very good. the property was very clean and well maintained.I like very much all the activities nearby and specially the food and restaurants.
the pool was wonderfull.
