Wonderfully spacious period property with large areas and original, quality furnishings. The house has a sitting room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. The dinning room has a traditional fireplace large enough to sit in, with a superb handcrafted table to seat up to 12. The kitchen is fully equiped with another seating area that leads out onto the garden. The pool is luxurious and large, made out of black mosaic and slate and surrounded by 400 sqm of decking. The garden is beautifully laid out with cobbled paving reclaimed from a local castle. The garden has roses, pathways lined with lavender, fruit trees and plenty of lawned areas. There are outside areas for dinning, plenty of seating and other outside furniture. For the kids there is a ping-pong table, a trampoline and a tree house.

Beautifully appointed house decorated to a very high standard. The downstairs has vaulted ceilings and handmade mosaic tiles on the floor. You come into the house via the entrance hall which has a downstairs WC and cloakroom. From the entrance hall you enter the lounge. The lounge is very comfortable, there is a fireplace, cable TV, DVD and video players. Then we go onto the dinning room. The dinning room has a walk in fireplace and a beautiful handcrafted table that can seat up to 12 people. There is also seating for those wanting to sit in front of the fire. The kitchen is fully equiped, very large with both a seating and a dinning area. The kitchen has terraces on both sides with outside furniture for dinning outdoor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms have wooden floors and wooden ceilings. All rooms look over fields studded with cork oaks and olive groves.
