Beautiful Manor House, with 400m2, very private, also extremely well located for excursions both up and down the Costa Verde being about 120km from Spain and 20km from Oporto. If you like dinning beside the River Douro at Ribeira, 20 minutes it's how long it takes once you get use to the roads. Outside there is a 10 x 5m swimming pool, toilet, shower and a large covered sitting area, which is useful during peak sun hours where you can enjoy your meals and watch the kids in the pool. If you prefer the beach, Praia D'AREIA is only 2km down the road where you also find small shops. Restaurants, supermarkets and all amenities are available 5km in the town of Vila do Conde, including the famous 'MARKET' on Fridays. The grounds with 10000m2 are ideal and safe for children to run around. One cleaning per week, house linen. A refundable damage deposit of 500 euros would be necessary. Booking conditions: 30% reservation, balance should be paid 8 weeks before arrival. The full payment is required for bookings made at less than 60 days. Central heating is charged at 150€ PW on winter months or when people want to use it and a basket of logs for the fire place could be provided at 25€.
