Aweside Lodge on Loch Awe

A stunning Water Front Lodge on the side of Loch Awe the most beautiful fresh water Loch in Scotland which is 27 miles long. The Lodge has a deck with built in BBQ and seating for 8 so dinning in the fresh air with wonderful views is the norm. The Lodge has a sauna Exercise Room Two Bathrooms a Large Lounge with Wide Screen TV DVD HiFi and very comfortable sofas The Kitchen is comprehensively equipped with full cooker washing machine tumble dryer full fridge with freezer compartment Micro Wave etc plus lovely pine dinning table for 8. A built in BBQ is on the large deck which over looks the Loch with stunning views.

A stunning Lodge on the banks of the Loch with outstanding views with the benefit of a full open deck with built in BBQ and seating for 8. The Lodge has a large lounge with dinning area off with seating for 8.There is a full kitchen with full cooker,dishwasher,washing machine,microwave,fridge with freezer compartment and all cutlery and crockery for 8. The lounge has a colour TV ,HiFi,DVD&VCR and comfortable lounge seating incorporating a 5ft sofa bed to sleep two. There are two bathrooms one family and one communal which also incorporates a sauna to seat 6 with exercise area and bath & shower room off. There are three bedrooms the main bedroom has built in wardrobe and dressing table with double bed,the second has twin beds with free standing wardrobe and dressing table and the third bedroom is a double full lenghth bunk bed which will sleep two teenagers. The Lodge has its own parking and garden area plus full insect screening and stunning views across the Loch and surrounding area.

The Estate has 100 acres plus of grounds and 31 lodges & apartments set in the grounds on the 1 mile of foreshore owned by the Estate on Loch Awe The Loch is the premier Brown Trout Fishing Venue in Scotland holding the record at 31lb 12oz caught in 2005 We have boats bikes widsurfer all for the use of guests at extra charge plus Golf and Horse riding near by.

Dates can be altered up to 30 days from arrival date on payment of admin fee of £10.00 Cancellation up to 60 days from arrival loss of 25% cancellation or no show within 60 days full payment unless unit is re let then a refund of 80% of the re booked rent will be refunded.
  • All prices include all linen & towels plus a full mid-week clean & change of linen & towels I units fitted with a Sauna electricity is charged on a metre at 11p per unit.

Fishing on this premier Brown Trout fishing Loch is free to guests and Boats are avaiable from the Hotel (you can join our Club on a daily or weekly basis either as an individual or family for a modest cost please ask for rates) We also have mountain bikes and a small number of windsurfers for Club members use.
