The accommodation is graded 4 star by The Scottish Tourist Board. The courtyard was built in 2004 to tastefully blend in with the existing cottages and hotel on the Moness Estate. Bed linen and towels are provided in the cottages and there is a laundry facility available onsite. These cottages are suitable for couples looking for a quiet peaceful romantic retreat or alternatively with facilities including an onsite leisure club Moness is also ideal for a family holiday.

Recently built and furnished to a superb standard (Scottish Tourist Board 4 star) the one bedroom courtyard cottage at Moness is fully equipped for up to four guests. The cottage has a bedroom that can be either a double or twin room and has an additional double fold down bed settee in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook all meals during your stay. It includes oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as a range of pots, pans and cooking utensils. For guest who wish to dine out during their visit there is an onsite bistro bar serving meals throughout the day and evening. The lounge area in the cottage is tastefully furnished and includes a television and video player. Videos can be hired from the leisure club reception. The one bedroom cottage is ideal for two to four guests.

Moness overlooks the pretty village of Aberfeldy in Highland Perthshire with breathtaking views across the Tay Valley. Just minutes from the town centre,the resort is the ideal base to explore this historic area and is only a stone's throw from the famous Birks of Aberfeldy, immortalised by Robert Burns. Aberfeldy village has a variety of local pubs, restaurants and coffee shops for guests who would like to eat out during their stay. The village also has a local tourist office and several gift shops including a local gallery shop. Moness is located in the heart of Scotland which makes it an ideal base for travelling round the country. Edinburgh and Glasgow are only 1 1/2 hours away and Aberdeen only 2 hours. Picturesque Pitlochry is only a 20 minute drive.
