South Gable is a semi-detached cottage in a prestigious development offering quality and spacious holiday accommodation on two levels ideal for all the family. Completed in 2004 the cottage has three bedrooms downstairs: a lovely bright master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room, one bedroom with two twin beds and a smaller bedroom with adult bunk beds. There is a family bathroom and a small enclosed garden. Spanning the whole of the first floor is a bright and spacious living area with a modern and well-equipped kitchen at one end. From the French windows in the sitting area you can enjoy magnificent sea views to the May Island and across the Firth of Forth to North Berwick. The property has been decorated to a very high standard and offers a home away from home. South Gable is ideal for visitors who want a combination of beautiful countryside, quaint fishing villages and the option of numerous leisure activities such as sailing, walking, golf and fishing.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental amount is required at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid, in full, six weeks prior to the start of the rental. Entry time is 3 p.m. and departure 10 a.m. However if the property is free, entry and departure times are negotiable. All linens, towels, gas and electricity etc are provided.
Breakages are payable in full. Use of the property is at the hirer's own risk and no liability shall fall on the proprietor for injury to the occupants or for loss of personal property belong to the occupants.
