Edinburgh Villa is owned by a Scottish Family,: This is now our 3rd year of holiday rentals and we improve the house every year! Edinburgh is the capital of Scotland: and one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. The city centre which boasts it's landmark castle high on a volcanic rock is surrounded by parks and offers many other sites to see and things to do. The castle overlooks 2 busy streets, the cobbled 'Royal Mile' running from the castle to the Palace of Holyrood house and home to old cathedrals, eclectic shops, eateries, pubs and historical attractions. The worlds famous Princes street is Edinburghs busiest high street with shops including Marks & Spencers, Boots, Jenners department store, Barbour, HMV and much more.

Refund Policy: 100% of deposit refunded if cancelled at least 12 weeks prior to check-in. 50% of deposit refunded if reservation cancelled at least 8 weeks prior to check-in. No deposit refunds for 8 weeks or less. For August cancellation policy please visit our website.
