Things to do::
The house has a variety of books and board games. There are TVs and video players in the living room and master bedroom. The living room also has a DVD player and a CD stereo system. The leisure centre is a ten minute walk away and is available for casual users. It has a main swimming pool, a learner pool and a toddler splash area as well as a fully equipped gym and various halls and studios for games and exercise classes.

In addition to the sporting activities such as golf, fishing and walking there are many historical places to visit in the area including Dunrobin Castle, Dornoch Cathedral, Beauly Priory, Moniak Castle.
You can learn all about whisky making at the many distilleries in the area including Glen Morangie, Glen Ord and slightly further away the Speyside distilleries including Glenfiddich.
Dolphin watching trips out into the Moray Firth are organised from nearby Cromarty.
Loch Ness is about 30 minutes drive away.

The Royal Dornoch Golf club is about a twenty minute drive away. Others less well known in the area but open to visitors include The Invergordon Golf club which is a five minute walk from the house and the golf clubs in Alness, Muir or Ord, Strathpeffer, Brora, Tain and on Loch Ness to list but a few.
