Situated in Terme 3000 Waterworld thermal spa park and 18-hole golf course, this modern chalet style maisonette sleeps 4 and is ideal for families. Guests staying between 1st April and 30th September have free access the pool complex which includes thermal pools, water slides & variety of other pool types (typically, this would cost a family of four almost €400 per week, but it is included in the price for our guests.) Guests also enjoy discounted rates at other facilities all year round such as golf. The site also has its own casino and a range of restaurants. The property is also ideally located for travellers, with Austria, Hungary and Croatia all within 30 mins drive. There is also a local flying club, Tennis courts and cycling routes. Notes to the rental rates

• Additional tourist tax of 1 Euro per day per person. This is payable directly to the Spa Complex at reception when you leave. Deposit of 25% payable to confirm booking, and remainder payable 6 weeks before your stay. We require a damage deposit of €100 Euro, which is refundable after your holiday, this is to cover against loss of towels / damage etc.
  
• Residents at the Chalet will be given a free entry card to the pools for the duration of your booking. For a family of four, daily tickets to the spa & pools would cost in the region of €350, so this represents a significant saving. You are also entitled to discounted entry rates at golf, tennis and some other facilities. You will be given a card on arrival which you must present to avail of these discounts.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the chalet in Slovenia

Golf Prices

A round of golf at the Spa's 18 hole course costs €34.65 per person minus 20% discount for Chalet residents. The weekend rate is €38.81, though this is also subject to 20% discount. Clubs can be hired and cost €8.00 for 18 holes. Trolleys are available from the clubhouse at €4.00 and range balls are €2.00. Bookings should be made at the clubhouse and are on a first come first served basis.

Skiing

The nearest Ski Slope is at Maribor, approximately 45 mins away by car. I'm not a skier, but I understand that this is a very well equipped ski destination, which holds some major international competitions each year. Also, Skiing was apparently invented in Slovenia.
