Walking and cycling are also popular activities in this area, On a evening the village pubs are 5 mins away where you are sure to meet fellow holidaymakers enjoying our local brew and delicious wines.

Day trips

The villa is located 20 mins from the Croatian border making day trips to Zagreb approx 1hr.20mins drive a main attraction, also 1hr 30 mins drive to lake Baliton (Europe's largest lake) in Hungary or 3 hours to the centre of Budapest. Graz in Austria is approx 1 hours drive or run to Vienna 3 hours. Ljubljana the capital and lake Bled takes 2hr 30 mins or continue to Trieste in Italy approx 4 hours all within a day trip possibility.

Skiing Information:

Skiing is available in the winter months at Maribor which is approx 50 mins drive away a very popular resort
