It includes patio furniture and is an ideal place for sundowners and magnificent sunsets, 2 showers, 3 toilets, large 10 metre swimming pool and barbecue facilities via a spiral staircase. Carpeted throughout, heating and cooling fan in unit. Table Mountain views from large lounge and dining room window. Within close proximity to shopping malls, restaurants and beaches, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Constantia Winelands, Westlake golf course and 20 minutes from the centre of Cape Town & Table Mountain, 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. This luxury apartment offers a perfect getaway, comfortable accommodation and friendly atmosphere. Linen and shower towels provided not swimming towels.
