Great location! 1 bed apartment sleeping 2/4 persons with great views of Table Mountain and Robben Island. Located in a secure complex in Blouberg approximately 20 minutes from Cape Town. Smell the sea and hear the waves from the apartment! Blouberg beach is a haven for kite and wind surfers, or for the less energetic, just walking along the beach is magical. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Attractions such as V&A Waterfront with its many shops and restaurants and Table Mountain are all around 20 minutes away. Canal Walk, the biggest shopping mall in Africa and Ratanga Junction Theme Park are around 15 minutes away. The wineries of Durbanville, golfing, quad biking and sand surfing is all within a short driving distance. Within 5-10 mins walking distance of the apartment there is plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and internet cafes. Have a meal in the beach front restaurants with Table Mountain as your backdrop!!

Cape Town Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, Canal Walk Shopping Mall and Ratanga Junction Theme Park are approximately 15-20 minutes away. Good access to many other activities such as golf courses and attractions such as V&A waterfront, Table Mountain Cable Car. The apartment is around 100 metres from Blouberg Beach, which has the best views of Table Mountain, and is a haven for watersports.

Notes: We have a kitchen area , housing a fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board with plenty of cupboard space. The two futons are within the living area, and these can be converted into beds sleeping an additional 2 persons. We have 2 sleeping bags available as bedding for the futons. The apartment is located within a secure complex. Parking is available on the complex grounds outside the garage. Children are very welcome, but it may be unsuitable for very young children as it is located on the 3rd floor, and has a balcony. Suitable for infirm or wheelchair users, as the complex has a lift. Laundry facilities available within the complex with use of a dryer or a washing line. TV and DVD available (DVD plays Region 2 films, same as UK and Europe). Linen and towels provided, but please bring your own beach towels. We are very flexible with changeover days. Smoking allowed, but only on the balcony please. Long term rentals welcome.

I spent a month at this beautiful property and it was truly a home away from hom. From the day i arrived to the day i left, i enjoyed every moment. You have full Sea views, you walking distance from the local pubs and restuarants and you minutes away from the shopping centres. It has the most awesome balcony and it has all the great comforts. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, clean , secure and spacious apartment. Perfect for somewhere to stay when travelling around the Cape. Lots of restaurants etc nearby and a 25min drive into the centre / Water Front. A car is definitely needed!

Lovely flat with stunning view, 2min from beach

Myself and my husband rented the apartment for a week in Nov 2008, it did not disappoint, the description we were given was spot on, 2 minutes from the beach,lovely views and a nice clean apartment.
The apartment was fully equipped with all that we needed, a lovely balcony to sit out on, it felt like home from home, tastefully furnished with nice ethnic touches to it.
We choose this location as my husband is akeen kite surfer, so it was great to be so close to the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive in to Cape Town, it is also ideally located to visit many tourist atrractions, we went to Stellenbosch, and the West Coast National Park from here, both just an hour away. The owners were helpful and honest and were very prompt to reply to any enquiries we had, they supplied us with a detailed map of the area, and finding the apartment was so easy, we liked the fact that we had somewhere to park the car that was safe and secure.
I would definately rent this apartment again and have no hesitation in recommending it.
All in all it was what we had hoped for and more.

Excellent apartment and location. Easy drive into Cape Town and plenty of parking available. Bars, restaurants etc a few minutes stroll down the road. A wonderful stay.
