This apartment has lots of nice facilities such as a well equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom with separate shower cubicle and tasteful furniture in the living area. The location is its best selling point as there are lots of shops and good restaurants within a few minutes walk and the V&A is about a 15 minutes walk. The downside to the property is no air conditioning, cleaning only once a week so you could arrive to a dirty flat, communal outside space and no personal attention from the owner. I enjoyed my stay here but would not recommend it to a friend till the above problems have been dealt with.

Owner's Response: - This is a SELF CATERING cottage. Not a serviced facility. No guest will ever arrive to a dirty cottage, as it is fully serviced prior to every arrival. In addition, a char is provided once a week (Tuesdays)
- The only communal area is the Mews pool and walkways in the centre courtyard. We have a large, EXCLUSIVE use patio, overlooking the pool.
- The cottage is managed by an extremely friendly and helpful neighbour - 24/7, See other reviews. I, the owner, live 140 Km away.
- The cottage has very good insulation, excellent cross ventilation, with big windows and a large, modern fan in the bedroom. Air-conditioning is unnecessary.
(These guests are reported to have had all the windows closed for the duration of their stay).
