This beautiful apartment is on the ground floor of a very attractive block just 200 metres from the fabulous golden sand of Seaforth beach & the highly recommended Seaforth restaurant. The main living area is open plan with the sleeping & living area divided by a beautiful screen. Two rooms lead of the main area on either side of the built in wardrobe. To the left is the well equipped, modern galley style kitchen & to the right is the beautifully tiled shower room. The flat has private parking with an electronic “zapper” to open the gate with your own designated parking space. There is a small, pretty garden to the front of the flat with a bench, & 2 chairs which can also be taken to the beach. There is a beautiful sea view across False Bay from a standing position in the garden. All the furnishings & fittings are top quality including very good linen & towels, there is a weekly maid service & we provide a complimentary welcome pack including wine & flowers or fresh fruit.

Seaforth is just outside of Simonstown & home to the Boulders Beach penguin colony - the entrance of which is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Seaforth and Boulders beaches are probably the warmest places to swim on the Cape being on the Indian ocean side and having shallow pools to swim in around the large rocks. It is just a 35 - 40 minute drive from Cape Town city centre and the fabulous Kirstenbosch gardens and the Waterfront. The stunning beauty of Cape Point is just a short drive away as are the pretty beachside towns of Kalk Bay and St James. The beautiful winelands of Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschoek are easily accessible by hire car or organised trip in under an hour. Simonstown has several excellent restaurants and lovely shops and a harbour from which boat trips take you around the historical naval dockyard and out to seal island. It is just a 15 minute walk away.

Kitchen: The stunning, modern, galley style kitchen is beautiful tiled and is equipped with high quality appliances including a full cooker, two-ring hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, excellent quality saucepans, white china dinner service and plenty of glasses, cutlery and utensils

Living Room: The open plan living area is divided by a beautiful screen and the lounge/dining area has two very comfortable armchairs, a polished dining table with 4 dining chairs, a sideboard, bookshelf, TV, DVD player, CD player and a phone/fax machine.

Outside: There is a very pretty, small garden at the front of the apartment off the entrance path. It has a bench and chairs for sitting and eating out. There is a lovely sea view from a standing position across False Bay.

Golf: There are stunning golf courses nearby, the nearest are Seaforth - just a few minutes up the road and Clovelly just a 10 minute drive away.
