Large 4 bed with 10m pool in the heart of the Winelands
Another warm evening, sitting on the deck overlooking the pool, sipping a glass of local red wine and enjoying the view of the Jonkershoek Mountains. That's what awaits you at our holiday home. There are four bedrooms, Main bedroom with ensuite, double bedroom, twin bedroom and one single bedroom, all supplied with cool and crisp cotton bedding. The kitchen has all the usual mod cons. Air Conditioning is installed in the open plan sitting room/dining room and in the main bedroom. Secure parking for three cars is provided either in the garage or behind the electric gates. The house is alarmed.

Stellenbosch has the oldest wine route in the country with 100+ winery’s where you can taste some of the best wine in South Africa. Its an ideal location for golfers with 10 golf clubs each within a few minutes drive from Stellenbosch. From Merriman Avenue you will have the best view of Stellenbosch's mountain panorama, to the right the Helderberg, Stellenbosch Mountain (1,175m) with Jonkershoek Valley and Twin Peaks in the distance.
