  • Minimum rental period two weeks.
    A 20% non refundable booking deposit required at time of booking. Full payment 6 weeks before holiday commences. A refundable security deposit of £300 is requested with full rental payment. Rates include pool and garden maintenance, electricity and water. Gas (only used for the living room fire) must be replaced if used. There is a two-bottle system and replacement delivery service is a phone call away and costs about 715 Rands cash for a 48Kg bottle.

Maid / cleaning service is provided once weekly and additionally available at modest daily rate and it is also possible to rent our Mercedes 500SE car subject to insurance requirements. Pool and Garden service are provided. The house is fitted with a burglar alarm system linked to a local security patrol company and has an electric fence. The house has a TV entry system for pedestrians that opens onto the front paved terrace, as well as an electronic garage door controller. Most of the house is paved with natural terracotta 'Batavia' tiles. The bedrooms are carpeted. All areas have underfloor heating. As well as an eight seater formal dining table in the house there is an eight seater on the covered terrace for al-fresco dining. A Weber kettle braai (barbecue) is supplied. Children need to be able to swim as the pool area is open and is easily accessible from bedrooms and the entertainment area; we consider the property unsuitable for young children under 13 years.
