Secure and Spacious House having a lovely view of the mountains across the valley and a large decked balcony from which to admire it. Discreetly located within walking distance of shops, beach and restaurants. The accommodation, which can sleep up to 10, includes a large luxury lounge/dining room and a large family room with a bar and table tennis for the kids (young and old) which leads to the pool. Excellent for entertaining having two braais a well equipped kitchen and 12 seater dining table plus all necessary utensils, cutlery, and crockery. Remote controlled garage for two cars plus parking space.

  • The rate for the flat is 20 GBP per night and is only available if renting the house.
  • Payment can be made in South African Rand to a bank in SA or by GBP in the UK. Credit card payment is possible via the internet through paypal + 1.5%.
  • A deposit of 15% of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
    Final payments each of 42.5% should be made 3 months, and 1 month before arrival date.
    A security deposit will be required before taking up residence, this will be refunded shortly after your departure

This is a great house in a fantastic location, just 10 minutes walk from the sea front and accessible to Cape Town within 20 minutes. The house itself is very spaciaous and well equipped with wonderful views over the mountains from the balcony and a perfect place to sit out in the evenings. We arrived to fresh flowers and wine courtesy of Ann, and she was always on hand to source babysitters, drivers and even the eashing machine repair man! We would certainly recommend this house.
