It is ten minutes drive from the heart of the City, five minutes from Clifton beaches, fifteen minutes from the world-famous Waterfront complex, and thirty minutes from Cape Town International Airport. The Cable Station on Table Mountain is five minutes drive, and there are walking paths and climbing routes only minutes away. The beach is palm-fringed, with white sand, popular with wet-suited surfers. The vineyards of Constantia and Stellenbosch are an easy drive. Golf and other sports are easily accessible. Shopping, restaurants, and cultural activities are all close.

Disabled accessibility

The property is very suitable for mobility-impaired and wheelchair using guests. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and all living areas are on one floor, without steps, at entrance level through a secure integral garage. Each bathroom has a separate shower. The fourth bedroom with en suite bathroom is one floor below. This is more private, and could be used by older or younger guests, or staff.

Wine tours, garden/wildflower visits, birdwatching, walking, climbing and many other sporting and holiday activities are easily accessible.

Wedding parties, reunions

The fabulous views, size and layout make the property ideal for groups visiting Cape Town for social or business events. I just thought i would let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your fab house, and no photos will ever do it justice, it really does take your breath away as you look out over the bay.
