Ground level - Spacious living room & dining room. Outside patio with glass balustrades and rim flow swimming pool & entertainment area with spectacular 180 degree views of the beach, ocean & lagoon. Interior secluded courtyard with magnificent garden. A beautifully appointed fitted kitchen (large fridge / freezer, microwave, oven / hob, dishwasher. There is a well maintained and secure fenced in garden. There is a fully equipped laundry. There is a full time servant on the premises who will attend to your needs. Large, comfortable beds are made up ready for you with freshly laundered, quality linen. Bath towels, soap plus many other extras are provided.

Ideal Family Holiday Venue: Southbroom has two tidal pools and long beaches which are in easy walking distance from the house. The water is warm all year and provides ideal swimming for toddlers and children of all ages. The Riptide restaurant is also within walking distance. Numerous other restaurants are within easy driving range.

Golf: The Southbroom village has an excellent golf coastal course with magnificent sea views. A number of other golf courses within easy driving range including San Lameer and the Wild Coast Sun. Southbroom is a secluded village with indigenous sub tropical vegetation and extensive bird life and wild life. The wildlife includes small antelope and vervet monkeys. The Mpenjati game reserve is a short drive away
