Large 5 bedroom family house with pool, close to beach & golf course
Welcome to Port Alfred on the Sunshine Coast. Shelfords is a spacious well appointed house with beautiful secluded gardens, swimming pool and decking area with undercover braai. The house is equipped for 10 people with three bedrooms in main house one of which has bunk beds and a travel cot and two further sleeping areas in the separate cottage. The house is fully equipped and has TV, DVD and stereo facilities. The property has a double garage and additional parking for 2 cars. The entrance has an electric gate and the property is fully fenced and alarmed for peace of mind although Port Alfred is an extremely safe area. The house is within walking distance of the sandy beach and Royal Port Alfred Golf Club.

Port Alfred is situated on South Africa's Sunshine Coast halfway between East London and Port Elizabeth on the banks of the Kowie River. Port Alfred is a thriving seaside resort and is fast becoming one of the country's top holiday destinations. The river, sea, and beaches provide a wide choice of water sports, surfing, canoeing, water skiing, diving and fishing. The Royal Port Alfred Golf Club offers an 18-hole golf course with fabulous sea views and wildlife.
