The town of Alicante itself is a lovely town. The Parque del Oueste and Parque del Morant and the hugely beautiful Palmeral all have huge areas of indigenous landscape and large leisure areas for walking, mini golf courses, bowls areas, large chess boards, and parks for skateboarding and cycling
