Casa Colmenar is a beautiful completely renovated 'finca style' villa situated in the small town of Llosa de Camacho between the towns of Predreguer and Alcalalí in the Jalón Valley. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen, living area with fire place, closed terrace, various little terraces around the property with sitting areas, private pool and outside bar. This villa is surrounded by trees and mountains and is perfect for families that love to walk and have a quiet holiday on the Costa Blanca. It is about 20 - 30 minutes drive from various beaches.

The 2 nearest towns to Llosa de Camacho are Alcalalí and Pedreguer. Llosa de Camacho is a small town with about 700 inhabitants and still gives you the feeling of being in rural Spain. There is a small supermarket in town which sells the basics, there is a baker that comes by the villa every morning with fresh bread and a small bar can be found in the town as well. The larger supermarkets are found in Pedreguer or in Denia. Nearest beaches are Denia at about 15 km and Javea at about 20 km.   • Administration and final cleaning costs will be added to the rental price.
  • The 1st week linen packets, electricity and water costs are included in the rental price. Linen change can be ordered upon arrival at our office.
  • On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which will only be used for large damages and will be returned to you 1 week after the departure date.
    On arrival day the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on departure date the villa needs to be vacated at 10.00

Villa was spacious very clean and well equpped including plenty of crockery, glasses etc - vital if using dishwasher. Furnished to a high standard as if the owners spent alot of time there. Very quiet peaceful rural location (car essential).
Agent was very helpful in enabling us to access the property early (once they had finished cleaning)

Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting peace and quite.
