A luxury, south facing, family villa built in 2005. With stunning mountain views the villa lies within a select development of private villas. The villa is furnished to the highest standard and has three large double bedrooms, one en-suite. A large and airy lounge leads to a dining room opening on to a large naya with seating for six. The kitchen, which also opens on to the naya, is equipped to the highest standard with hob, oven, fridgefreezer, dishwasher and leads to a laundry which has a washing machine. The master bedroom is downstairs with a 'Kingsize' bed and large en-suite. There is also a cloakroom downstairs. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed which opens on to a large sun terrace, the other has two single beds ideal for children. Outside is a large garden leading to a shared pool which is situated right next to the property. The pool is large with a smaller pool for children and is shared with nine other villas.

The villa is located within the heart of the Jalon Valley which is stunningly beautiful. The typically Spanish and therefore laid back villages of Lliber & Jalon are close by and provide shops, banks, bars & restaurants. A short drive will take you to Moraira, Javea and Calpe with their beautiful beaches and beachside restaurants. For the children Terra Mittica and Sea World are a 20 minute drive away.

If you need to cancel your booking we will return your monies if we can re-rent the time which you booked. Rates for long-term rental are available upon request.

Local Resorts & Attractions: The villa is nestled in the beautifull mountains and there is nothing better than watching the sun set over them whilst relaxing with a drink from the local bedegas. In nearby Jalon the bodegas are famous for their wine as well as their prices. A car is essential to travel to the nearby beaches and Denia has beautifull sandy beaches, restaurants, bars and nightlife. For golfers there are several golf courses nearby. The areas is excellant for walking and cycling.
