Aum Villa has 2 bedrooms BOTH WITH ENSUITE BATHROOMS. The larger bathroom has been modified to suit wheel chair users which includes items such as grab rails, shower chair etc. Aum Villa is full equipped with all the day to day essentials that are needed and of excellent quality bought for personal use. Lounge/dining room has quality furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons. The utility section is in the back garden. The back garden has a patio and beautifully designed, growing exotic plants. You can soak in the sun in the terezia, the varanda or the back garden. The large communal kidney shaped swimming pool is mirrored on the opposite side giving an excellent view

Notes to the rental rates

• A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking plus some form of identification.
  The full payment is payable approx 8 weeks before arrival date. The £100 deposit will be refunded approx 4 weeks after departure on the conditions that:- the keys have been returned, no report of damage, breakage or missing items and on payment of 50 Euros for cleaning on departure to the agent. The accommodation is for 4 persons but 2 extra persons can sleep on the sofabed in the lounge. So a charge of £20 for each extra person per week is payable for extra cost of water, electricity and laundry.
  (Only in certain circumstances the payment of £100 deposit may be waived).

LOCATION

Aum Villa is situated in a small community on a private road surrounded by orange and lemon groves, with private car parking at the front. A few miles away in the nature reserve there is wildlife including pink flamingos. Shops and beaches are close by only approx five minutes drive to the long, quiet, safe, beautiful Blue Flag sandy beaches of Guardamar & Campoamor. The main boulevard of Guardamar has numerous sea front restaurants and bars. You could also visit the promenade at Torevieja, where you can relax, shop or eat and drink in various restaurants and cafes. There are also plenty of shops; banks, restaurants and cafes in the modern town of Quesada a few minutes away. Quesada and Guardamar celebrate most of the colourful festivals of that area. Shop at bargain prices in various markets held on different days around Quesada. You will find dates of markets, places to visit and dates of festivals in the local English newspaper which you can buy in all newsagents of the area

Skiing Information:

You will see some young people wind-surfing at Guardamar beach. You can relax and watch them for hours or try it yourself.

Golf Information:

Quesada's Marquasa Golf Course is close by and is an 18 hole par 72. The championship club of Villa Martin is 15 minutes drive away and is a challenging course for players of all abilities. Also, within 5 mins drive from there, there are two others, Las Ramblas, and Campoamor. Compoamor has a fantastic view of the ocean and the golf courses below. Approx 20 drive from Villa Aum. No handicap is required for these local courses. The world famous La Manga golf resort is a 30 min drive further south this has three 18-hole courses to choose from.
