Refurbished to a high standard, this Groundfloor Apartment in Guardamar del Segura only 150 metres or three minutes walk to the glorious Playa Roqueta, a Blue Flag beach that stretches for 12 kilometres. Two Bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one has a Double bed, other has two Single beds and a put-u-up type bed is available if necessary. Ceiling fans are in the lounge and bedrooms. Linen and Towels are provided, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. Separate fully fitted Kitchen with microwave gas hob fridge/freezer oven coffee machine, washing machine. Complimentary tea coffee milk sugar, bowl of fresh fruit and bottle of wine upon arrival. Lounge/Dining room has a 32' flat screen TV with built in TDT, Radio and DVD Player , 2 and 3 seat sofas and extending dining table and chairs, seating four persons. Guardamar del Segura, population 12,500 is a typical Spanish holiday resort, situated South of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. The weekly, Wednesday street market attracts lots of people, tourists and locals alike. The locally produced fruit and vegetables and locally manufactured leather goods are excellent value for money. Between the town and the beach is the enormous. 'Queen Sofia' park, thick with trees and plants, where visitors can enjoy cool, refreshing strolls even on the hottest of days. To beautify the natural surroundings, ponds with Terrapins, waterfowl and samples of aquatic fauna have been added. More than 800 hectares of coastal parkland have been carefully preserved, with hundreds of monumental dunes, pine, palm and eucalyptus trees, which were planted at the beginning of the 20th century to prevent the dunes from invading the urban area. For the more energetic of you there is a public leisure centre where you can enjoy tennis or swimming plus other activities.

WE HAVE MAINTAINED OUR LOW TARIFF FOR 6 YEARS : Unlike others we do not charge extra for Airport Transfers, Cleaning, Key Money (though if you are unfortunate to lose them you will be asked to pay for new locks and keys, plus call out fee), Welcome Pack, Laundry, meet and greet or other extras, do your sums and see what the final price amounts to.. The price you see on our tariff, is the price you pay. This property is very near the beach, 3 minutes walk!!. Other rental properties may be outside of Guardamar so will require transport into the town and beach and will require a hire car or a very long walk. CHECK THE EXACT LOCATION BEFORE YOU BOOK.... Why drive?.....95% of our clientes, new and returnining ones,.relax and chill out !!!

Golf:

The Costa Blanca presents itself like a veritable golfer's dream within reach of domestic and foreign tourists alike. The Costa Blanca golf courses benefit from exceptional climate and weather conditions that have to be added to the quality and design of its facilities.The typical Mediterranean climate ensures the best conditions to play golf all year round. Getting to and around the Costa Blanca is the easiest, due to its privileged location and its excellent road links. Renting our apartment is conveniently located.

All the golf courses are located in areas of unquestionable natural attraction. The beauty of the landscape, the blinding allure of its heavenly beaches, the cultural riches of its towns...are some of the reasons that make the Costa Blanca the ideal locations for relaxation and entertainment. It is a golfers' paradise - There are 13 courses south of Alicante and 10 more north of Alicante (see Map of the area). Play different course every day, there are 8 courses within 30 minutes drive of Guardamar.

Tips : La Finca, Villamartin and Las Ramblas - Are administered by the same company but are differently challenging and one fax can make bookings for all three.

Campoamor - Is different again. If you want to play 36 holes in a day- this is next door to Las Ramblas. So play one course, lunch and play another with minimal travel time. In the autumn, winter and spring it is best to book. Handicap certificates are normally required.

Other Activities:

Public Indoor and Outdoor Swimming Baths and Leisure Centre in Guardamar. Many Golf courses within easy travelling distances.

A welcoming & friendly getaway.

On arrival we were met by a very welcoming & friendly Dave & Maria who took us to the apt which was indeed as described, clean, tidy & an excellent location.
myself, wife & 2year old daughter had a wonderful time at the fantastic beach & exploring the wonderful eateries, town center & park all within easy walking distance.
The only criticism i could find is the lack of British tv, which would have been nice,if only to sit in with a takeaway
for an evening if the rigours of the day were a bit too hectic & tiring. Anyway Bravo Dave/Maria , Kind Regards.

Great !!! As Always

We have been staying at this property for the past four years and truly cannot fault the location and facilities. Guardamar Del Segura is a beautiful spanish town and the apartment is very close to the beach and really good bars and restaurants are plentiful in this area. Dave and Maria are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The airport transfers are free,and a welcome pack is in the apartment on your arrival.

Great Value Holiday!!!

Best accomodation yet experienced

We have just spent a wonderful 2 weeks holiday. The apartment was so well equipped, clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. Being collected from the airport and taken back at the end of our time was a big, helpful bonus. I am disabled and the apartment was very convenient for my needs being very close to the beach, the park and restaurants. There were plenty of seats in the area on which I could rest when I needed to. Would highly recommend this property and the owners, excellent customer service.

Our Holiday in Guardamar

Dear Dave and Maria

Lovely to meet with you when we arrived late on Saturday night April 07 2012.
There was four of us, 2 couples and we have to say we really enjoyed the week in your apartment.(Ideal for one couple for privacy) It is so conveniently positioned for the beech (You can pop up for ice for your drink) its that close.
A short walk into Guardamar for shops and restaurants. Local chinese on the door step and the Carrefour Express Supermarket around the corner.
Thanks you for making the whole experience a pleasure, with no hassle with contracts and keys and also thank you for our welcome pack.
We would definetly recommend it and we hope to be back sooner rather than later.

Winter break

We used the flat as a base for a paddleboarding weekend. Great location really close to the fantastic beach and easy walk to shops and bars. The flat is on the ground floor which was fantastic for us. Owners really helpful and friendly.
Nice to find a rental rate that includes everything too- no extra costs for cleaning or bed sheets!
