Notes to the rental rates

• A deposit of £100 is required to secure booking. This deposit will be returned within approx. 7- 14 days of departure, following a 'Damage & Breakage' check by the key-holders, if an excess clean / laundry is required the amount will be deducted. Cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be returned, 6 weeks and under no refund. Property to be vacated at 10.00am on day of departure, but every effort will be made to allow clients to stay in the property for as long as possible on day of departure. This will depend on information given by incoming clients and those departing Rental rate is to be paid in cash (euros only) on arrival to the key-holder.
  
• A cleaning and laundry charge of 45 Euros is payable on arrival, in cash. 'Meet, Greet & Key handover is 30 Euros, if making your own way to the property.
  
• Welcome Packs can be arranged at various prices - prices on request, paid locally on arrival. Airport Transfers can be arranged from both Murcia (San Javier) and Alicante airports - prices on request, paid locally on arrival. Maid Service can be arranged for stays of 14 days and over at an extra cost.

Beaches:

The fine sand and clean clear waters make the beaches in the area the perfect spot for relaxing & soaking up the sun and all water sports. There is also a very nice beach at La Marina which is about a five minute drive from the apartment on the N332 towards Alicante and sign posted on the right hand of the motorway. At this beach there is a great restaurant for all types of food and drink, sun beds can be hired for the day with umbrellas. You can get a great massage from the Chinese who frequent the beaches.

Markets

There is a market held in Guardamar every Wednesday form around 8.00am-2.00pm which takes in about 7 streets at the back of the church in town. Parking is not easy in the town but suggest you park by the beach and walk up, or walk from the apartment which will take approx. 10 minutes. Los Montesinos market is held on a Sunday and to reach this you will have to drive taking the motorwayN332 sign posted Torrevieja and Los Montesinos is sign posted to the right. This market is down Lemon Tree which is the main road from the turn off and the market is opposite a Garden Centre. This market is very large with different national restaurants included as well as numerous stalls, starts early and suggest if you wish to park with ease arrive around 8.30am-9.00am
