This newly built 1st floor apartment, with 2 large sun terraces (1 roof + 1 1st floor) is set in a superb location in the heart of Guadamar del Segura. The apartment is very modern & is situated between Alicante and Murcia airports approx. 30 mins drive to both. This superb cosmopolitan Spanish town of Guadamar with its 8km of golden sandy beaches is the ideal location for families, couples & even singles looking for the best in Spanish locations. Guadamar is situated in the perfect location for golf lovers, with 5 courses nearby (all between a 5 to 20 minute drive). There are local markets on Wednesday's and a beautiful local craft market on weekends in the summer months. There are many restaurants (many cuisines) and bars to choose from with a host of trendy modern shops for the 'shop-a-holic'. Close by are many other towns coastal or inland with Torrevieja 10 minutes drive away, with water parks, cinemas, shopping outlets, bowls & many other attractions.

Guadamar is a Spanish coastal town situated between the 2 major airports of Costa Blance (Alacante and Murcia). It boasts one of the longest stretches of golden sands 8km Spain has to offer & the town itself is one of Spain's unspoilt. It boasts many restaurants, bars, shops of all descriptions & has a very friendly & welcoming aura about the place. You will return once visited & Guadamar certainly has something for every age. For young families the beach is a must and for culture Guadamar has some very historic buildings such as the castle that surrounds the perimeter. Nearby are many towns such as Torrevieja which has everything a large town can offer. Golf lovers this is the ideal location with numerous courses on the doorstep. If you hire a car then Murcia and La Manga are within 1 hour's drive, they are well worth the visit. Alacante has the style and many shops of a much larger town and railway & ferry links are available for further travel.

This apartment was clean and well positioned for our weekend stay in October 08 We had the meet and greet and the guy that picked us up was very informative and showed us all we needed to know about Guardamar. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family and I am myself thinking of another visit
