This is a very attractive apartment close to the white sandy beach of Torre La Mata. The apartment is well fitted out, and the balcony faces the sun nearly all day. A quite tranquil area that suits families but if you require a livelier atmosphere you are within a short drive/ bus ride to the centre of Torrevieja. There is a very pleasant newly developed promenade along the beach, which is proving very popular for the evening walks. A number tennis courts nearby. 4 Golf courses within 20 minutes (Villamartin, Campoamor, La Marquesa & Las Ramblas). Within 30-40 minute access to both Alicante & Murcia airports

This apartment is loacated closer to Torrevieja than the map suggests in an area called Molino Blanco, which is beside Playa de la Mata. The location is ideal for access to the town of Torrevieja, but is also ideal for a quite relaxed atmosphere beside the beach.

Perfect holiday accomodation

We arrived at the apartment and was welcomed by a friendly face. Cathy was English and made us feel very welcome.
We soon settled in. The complex was spotlessy clean. It was mainly a Spanish resort and the apartment complex appeared to be a Spanish residential area.Most were family groups and they were very friendly. The apartment catered for our every need. It was perfect and just 5 mins from the beautiful beach. I would certainly recommend it. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
