This brand new, luxury ground floor apartment is part of the Los Leandros 1V development built in 2003 and is situated in La Mata/ Cabo Cervera at the foot of the long white sandy beach of Playa de La Mata. Very close to all beach bars, restaurants, watersports and the golfing courses.

  • MEET AND GREET SERVICE:
    On arrival to the apartment you will be met by our caretaker/cleaner who will welcome you and show you around the apartment and community. They will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible so if there is anything you need to know they will be there to help you. This fee is just €15.00

    CLEAN AND LAUNDER SERVICE:
    Our cleaning fee is just €40.00 for the apartment and also €15.00 laundry fee.
    The above fees are compulsory are must be paid to my caretakers on arrival at the time of the meet and greet.
    Alternative ways of payments can be made by cheque, cash, bank transfer or postal orders by this advert and now by debit/credit card by going to my website - pleas ask for details.
    We can offer our property on a long let basis from only 140.00 per week.
  • AIRPORT COLLECTIONS/DROP-OFFS
    Airport, Bus/Rail station Collections and Drop-Off's can be arranged. Price on

    WELCOME PACKS
    Let us provide you or your guests a welcome pack of food and drink essentials
    prior to arrival at the property. Save the problem of running around trying to
    find a shop open on arrival. Just email your shopping list to us
    (24hr notice), we will shop for you and send you an invoice with the receipt
    attached together with a charge of 10 euros.

Notes: The apartment has a terrace area for that morning and evening sun with a view out to the Mediterranean sea. Good for watching kids in the pool and having a nice relaxing drink. There is underground garage/parking for the complex but unfortunately we have not purchased a car parking space at present.

Local Area: Our apartment is only 30 minutes drive south of Alicante Airport and 10 minutes drive to the centre of an old Spanish fishing town of Torrevieja which has an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. We are situated only yards from the long white sandy beach of Playa de La Mata and the community has a shared pool. There are regular buses going to central Torrevieja in peak season running every 15 minutes with the bus stop on the door step from the apartment. There are local supermarkets close and easy to walk to and also the bigger hypermarket is less than 10 minutes drive away. La Mata Town has its own market day every Wednesday and a larger market day in Torrevieja is on Fridays.

The Costa Blanca: There are plenty of things to see and do on the Costa Blanca with the variety of golf clubs, beaches and other tourist attractions like day trips out to Benidorm which is only an hours drive from the apartment. With over 320 days a year of sunshine on average every year,you can go walking, cycling and can actually pre organise those BBQ`s without having to wonder if its to rain or not. There are 4 championship 18 hole golf courses within 10-15 minutes drive fro La Mata and they allow non-members to play. Another 3 courses are under construction as far as i know of and should be ready soon.

Watch out!!!!

The apartment is good en clean but there are not 5 beds just 4.The owner should change the keys,or put on a better lock.We've been robbed at night while were sleeping.The pool is great and clean,the beach you can see from your apartment.A restaurant we can promote is the 332 at route 332 to Cartegena.With questions you can always go to the caretakers Chris and Malcolm.
Owner's Response: This burglary was unfortunate and could have happened anywhere as with as many locks as you please the professional will always get in if they have a master key or can pick your locks. I have as we speak got an alarm locksmith in to replace the barrel of the original lock and put in extra locks and also an intruder alarm. This will hopefully keep the intruders out or at least be a deterent.
My advert does state 1 double bed and twin bedroom and a couch/sofa bed and can sleep up to 5. Never says i have 5 beds.
Malcom and Chris are great out there by the apartment and enjoy the company of my renters.

Very nice but be cautious!

The description of the property was spot on and it fitted our needs perfectly. Price was good and the facilities advertised were all great - especially the pool which was clean and right next door. The caretaker is fantastic and welcomed us warmly even though we arrived very late at night. However, the cleaning fee of 70 euros, not 55 as advertised was a little excessive.

The one thing that spoiled our stay was a robbery. Security around the block of apartments at first glance is good but all aesthetic with access the apartments easy. Despite there being various security features on the apartment itself, we were robbed whilst in the bedrooms depsite the door locked and window alarms on. Not to deter you but its worth being very cautious!

The place was a great base for our holiday and we would recommend it highly. Hire a car and explore the coast, there are some lovely places to visit and eat out!

The location of this property is excellent for acess to the local beaches, and a great bonus for families with children who wish to visit the beach and then return for food or to freshen up. Communal pool is next door, clean and well maintained and never busy during our stay.

The area was nice and quiet with a mixture of holiday makers and permanent residents. Reasonable selection of restaurants and bars all within walking distance, athough for anything livelier then a bus ride into town is recommended.

The apartment is a good size, facilities were good, athough the television reception was not working during our stay but that was not the fault of the owner. The property was reasonably clean but could certainly benefit from attention in many areas - we felt that the cleaning costs paid on arrival were excessive for the condition and there was no cleaning materials left in the apartment to help maintain it during the week.

Overall, after a good location, facilities, cusomer service but just a little more cleaning attention needed if the property is to maintain its marketing of "luxury apartment"
