The pool has a children’s paddling pool plus large grassed surround areas for sunbathing. Plenty of local Shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, supermarket, internet cafeteria, banks, etc are all close by. If you are not hiring a car there is an easy bus service into Torrevieja town centre (bus stop 3 mins away - journey time 10 mins - buses run every 15 mins). A new 3 km long wooden promenade has recently been constructed and is perfect both day and night for a leisurely stroll along the sea front. The apartment has satellite TV with Uk channels. Heaters provided for winter lets.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rental rates include check in / check out, utility bills plus welcome pack on arrival. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm booking. As we are based in Spain we accept full payment of rent in euros on arrival at the property. The original deposit of £100.00 paid to confirm booking now acts as a bond against any damage to the property, excessive cleaning or lost keys and is promptly returned on receipt of keys at check out.
  
• There is a standard 50 Euro cleaning / laundry charge payable on arrival.
  
• Airport transfers can be arranged at 35 euros each way Murcia airport and 40 euros each way Alicante airport (Max 4 persons per car).
