Modern Apartment located just a short stroll from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of La Mata. (North Torrevieja) The apartment has a large terrace to the rear with views over the communal gardens, communal pool and onto the sea. There is a lounge/ diner and kitchen plus two bedrooms (double and twin) and a bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and has ceiling fans for keeping cool in summer months. The pool has a children’s paddling pool plus large grassed surround areas for sunbathing. Plenty of local Shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, supermarket, internet cafeteria, banks, etc are all close by. If you are not hiring a car there is an easy bus service into Torrevieja town centre (bus stop 3 mins away - journey time 10 mins - buses run every 15 mins). A new 3 km long wooden promenade has recently been constructed and is perfect both day and night for a leisurely stroll along the sea front. The apartment has satellite TV with Uk channels. Heaters provided for winter lets.

The apartment is situated on the northern edge of Torrevieja Town and close to the small friendly town of La Mata. The beaches of 'Playas de La Mata' are a 7 min walk and offer over 3 k'ms of fine golden sand. Alicante airport is 40 min drive and Murcia airport is 35 min drive.

The original deposit of £100.00 / €100.00 paid to confirm booking now acts as a bond against any damage to the property, excessive cleaning or lost keys and is promptly returned within 7 days of departure.
  • Additional charge of €50.00 EUROS for Departure Cleaning. Please note this is paid cash Euros on arrival
  • Airport Tranfers can be arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airports , Bike Hire available, kidease nursery furniture for hire

There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, public parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots. Torrevieja is a typically lively spanish town with its many cafes bars restaurants offering delicacies from all around the world and famous street markets. One of the main attractions to Torrevieja are the variety of festivals which take place almost every month. Some of the most popular events in Torrevieja are the Carnivals in which thousands of people join in, forming a light show of colour, satir and good humour.

Water park: Visit the Local Aqua park quick 5 min drive- open June to September - many huge slides wave machines childrens slides, large pick nick areas great day out for all the family.
