Villa Roma is situated within walking distance of La Mata, a typical Spanish town which not only has one of the best sandy beaches in Spain, it also has some great bars, shops and restaurants in addition to other facilities such as banks, pharmacies and excellent supermarkets. There is a superb 3km promenade where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll or jog for keep fit fanatics. Nearby (bus service every 10mins) is the lively town of Torrevieja which has become a popular and cosmopolitan tourist destination. The area boasts 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 18°C. There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, public parks, gardens, nature reserves and other beauty spots. Torrevieja offers something for everyone including many cafes, bars and restaurants offering traditional Spanish dishes (fish a speciality) and delicacies from all around the world. One of the main attractions to Torrevieja is the variety of festivals which take place almost every Month.

  • PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

    1. Occupancy - A Maximum of SIX people are allowed in any one booking and occupancy is based on a weekly basis. SAVE ???'s DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ALL BOOKINGS IN EXCESS OF ONE WEEK. Long term rentals during low season from ?95 per week.
    2. Damage & Breakages - A refundable deposit of ?200 will be payable 2 weeks before arrival. Following satisfactory departure inspection the deposit will usually be returned within 7 working days.
    3. Payment - A deposit of ?99 will be payable at the time of booking. Full and final payment will be due 8 weeks before arrival. The following cancellation charges will apply: 8 - 6 weeks - 50%; 6 - 4 weeks - 75% Under 4 weeks - 100%.
    4. Payment Method & Currency - We will only accept UK Sterling and Euros in cash, cheques or bank transfer.
    5. Arrival - The apartment will normally be available from 2pm on the day of arrival however it may be possible to arrive earlier by prior arrangement
  • 6. The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure however subject to availability it may be possible to extend this time and the owners reserve the right to charge for this facility. We are not able to store luggage once the apartment has been vacated.
    7. Cleaning and Laundry - Clients are expected to leave the apartment clean & tidy. The terrace, kitchen (inc cooker) & BBQ should be left clean. Cooking utensils, pots & pans should be cleaned, washed and put away. A cleaning and laundry charge (on departure) of €50 (c£35) will be payable on all bookings.
    8. Air conditioning - Air conditioning is available between June and September. Bookings requiring air conditioning will attract a small surcharge of £20 (c€26) per week payable in advance.
    9 Other services available - Airport Transfer - -€50(c£35); Welcome Pack - €5(c£3.50)+Food Items; Meet & Greet - FREE with transfers - Intermediate Laundry & Cleaning - €40 Extra Laundry €5 (c£27); Call out for Loss of Keys - €50
  • 10. Client profile - We do not permit rentals to groups of youths under the age of 25. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the terrace. Elderly and infirm clients are welcome.

LOOKING FOR GOLF OR OTHER THINGS TO DO?: GOLF - Six 18 Hole golf courses within 40 minutes. La Manga, La Finca, La Marquesa, Las Ramblas, Villamoartin and Campomor. Terra Mitica, (ALTON TOWERS TYPE PARK) near Benidorm, is only c60 minutes by car. Junction 65A on the A-7 motorway It has some of the largest and most exhilarating rides in Europe. Mundomar, (SEA WORLD) near Benidorm is a Marine and Exotic Animal Park has one of the best dolphinariums in Europe. Very near MUNDOMAR is AQUALANDIA, which offers leisure activities and great fun in the water. AQUALANDIA is the Eurpoe's largets water park - highly recommended! The FUENTES DEL ALGAR the waterfalls of Algar, is a natural beauty spot set high in the mountains behind Altea. A beautiful river tumbles down the mountain in a cascade of waterfalls, and its pools are popular with swimmers. There is also a waterpark at Torrevieja (10 mins away). 8.'Villa Roma was absolutely wonderful and had everything we could possibly want, a real home from home. The welcome at the airport from Steph was really warm and friendly and the customised welcome pack was gratefully appreciated. If ever we need another relaxing holiday we will be in touch. as this was my second visit to villa roma it was just like coming home. all the Facilities that you would want for a brill holiday in the sun. booking was very easy the owner is easy to speak to. beach is fab and only a short walk. bars and restaurants in walking distance. as i will be returning in june will my disabeld mother and my farther it is good for anyone with mobility problems.

We had a lovely time at Villa Roma, the apartment was lovely and very well equipped, great proximity to the beach abd eateries. Safe for the children, the pool was great you are in such a lovely spot there for keeping an eye on them.
