This second floor, three-storey duplex is situated in the Marco Antonio apatment block on the small private complex of Puerto Romano, with a central courtyard, communal pool, sea views and just 250 metres from the beach. Accommodation consists of:- first floor; L-shaped living area with double adult bed settee, American style kitchen and cloakroom, patio doors leading to balcony. second floor; master bedroom, second bedroom and bathroom. Third floor; roof solarium with built-in barbeque.

The private complex of Puerto Romano is situated at the north end of La Mata, about a ten minute drive from the main town of Torrevieja. The beautiful sandy beach extends all the way to Guadamar to the North & to the South it is complemented with a boardwalk for several kilometres. Supermarkets, cafe/bars, restaurants and local shops are all within easy walking distance & should you wish to go into Torrevieja there is a regular bus service Calle Mayor just up from the town square (approximately every 20 minutes & only five minutes walk from the apartment). The intercity bus route is not much further - sited on the main N332. The nature reserve 'Parc natural de la Mata' with it's salt lake is also close by.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Confirmation of booking requires a £50 (per week rental) non refundable deposit, the remainder payable a minimum of four weeks before arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
    A minimum charge of one week is payable, part of a week thereafter is charged on a daily pro rata basis.
    A minimum cleaning & laundry charge of 45 euros is payable to the keyholder on arrival - no exceptions.
    Excessive mess & abuse will be charged for, so please keep it tidy.
    A £50 security/damages deposit is required on arrival, lost keys are charged at 10 euros each.
    All bedding and towels are provided, however, you are required to provide your own beach towels.
  • An airport transfer service is available by prior arrangement, the current charge is 50 euros each way for a maximum of four persons, if required, additional transport can be made available at a similar rate.
