New modern 2 bedroom apartment located on the first floor, overlooking beautiful landscape gardens & communal swimming pool including small paddling pool for children. Apartment is located 15 minutes stroll to the beach. A new boardwalk has recently been constructed allowing people to stroll by the beach to La Mata town, which hosts a market every Wednesday. The apartment is located within strolling distance of many local bars, restaurants, car hire, bus stops & supermarkets. Nearest Airports are Alicante- which is a 30 minute drive & Murcia (San Javier) 45 minute drive. If you do not wish to hire a car, transport can be arranged to & from the airport, payment to made direct to driver. The bus stop outside the apartment will take you to Torrevieja, a water park & Carrefour, full details of this provided on arrival. We can also provide a Welcome Pack which includes, bread, milk, juice etc for an additional 10.00 if required.

Nearest Airport: Alicante at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
Within a short bus or taxi ride there is a water park , large shopping centre which includes shops like Zara H&M etc. There is a supermarket within walking distance but again a short bus ride takes you to a very large Carrefour. The beach is lovely and has restaurants and bars along the prom. Sun beds, Jet skies and pedlos can also be hired. Location is ideal for anybody thats wants beach, golf or to sight see with Alicante and Torrevieja within easy reach. La Mata is also surrounded by a Natural Park.

A modern 2 bedroom apartment with excellent amenites close by such as beach, shops, market and resturants. Easy to get to La Mata town and Torrejica by taxi or local bus. Felt very safe and comfortable and will be returning again this summer for the 3rd time.

We stayed as a party of 4 in this property during April 2008, we enjoyed it so much so that we are re-visiting april 2009. Very Modern, clean, spacious appartment, close to restaurants, bars and beach. Perfectly situated between La mata and torrevieja. Local restaurants are affordable and of a high standard.
I would definately recommend this apartment for your annual holiday.
