The beautiful village Torrelamata is situated by the two magnificent salt lake lagoons. The apartment is located two minutes walk from the beach. This blue flag beach is reputed to be one of the best in Spain. Quiet & peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes or so from the large, bustling resorts such as Torrevieja & Alicante. There is easy access to all amenities, including the local market & many excellent cosmopolitan bars and restaurants for eating out. Consisting of 2 bedrooms & a sofa bed it sleeps 6 people. There is a balcony overlooking the luxurious gardens & private pool & it is equipped with SKY TV, DVD and much more. For total privacy it has its` own solarium with stunning views across the Costa Blanca and salt lakes. The apartment is south facing, which means it has the sun on it all day during the winter months. There is a bus stop outside the complex, and a huge supermarket and internet cafe less than 5 mins walk away. ********

Notes to the rental rates

• On leaving, 50 euros needs to be left for the key holders. This small charge (approx ?29) covers:
  Thorough cleaning for your arrival.
  The provision of clean linen and towels.
  Thorough cleaning on your departure.
  A welcome pack consisting of wine, beer and snacks. Particularly welcome for late arrivals!
  MOST IMPORTANTLY of all, it allows us to offer you same day assistance should you encounter any problems (eg: mislaid keys, problems with SKYTV, taxi journeys locally etc)
  
• A £100-00 damage deposit is payable at the time of booking, this is refunded to you after our key holder has been in and checked the apartment.
  
• If you require airport/apartment transfers - from either Alicante or Murcia - we can arrange this free of charge for you, you pay the driver cash 40 euros each way for up to and including 4 people, 50 euros each way for up to and including 6 people. Alternatively, have a look online and hire a car, there are some really good deals to be found! It is better to book your vehicle before you fly to avoid unnecessary waiting in the airport.
