A spacious and luxury 1 bedroom apartment that overlooks the Roman-themed swimming pool and is situated on the second floor. Easy access for disabled people, lifts, ramps and stairwell. Most people comment that Vinamar Phase 6 is definitely one of the better apartment complexes in La Mata; well maintained walkways and flower beds. An ideal base for relaxing holidays and for those people who want a better standard of accommodation. Quality bed linen and towels are provided but not beach towels. The kitchen is supplied with small oven and grill, microwave oven and grill, toaster, sandwich toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and wok.

  • A 25% booking deposit is required to secure the booking. The outstanding balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure date. A Key/Breakage deposit of £100.00 is also payable with outstanding balance; this will be refunded when keys have been returned and no breakages have been made.
    Arrival times are from 16.00 and departure times are by 10.30 am. We are sometimes able to accommodate guests for earlier entry or for a while longer, this will depend on new guests arrival/departure, cleaning arrangements; additional costs are applicable; ask for details.
  • Nightly rentals are available from £50.00 per night (minimum of 2 nights) + £50.00 bed linen, towels and cleaning charge - maximum of 4 sharing.
    Guests who prefer to pay in euros, the exchange rate will be one pound sterling = 1.50 euros.
  • The prices stated for Vinamar Apartments are for 2 people, additional person(s) (5 in total) will incur an extra charge of £45.00 per person, per week.
    Long winter lets are available at a discounted rate for 2 people sharing - please ask for prices

A lovely restaurant built in a ship theme at the top of the pine forest to enjoy a meal or drink. A man-made water fall flows from the top to the bottom of the pine forest, making this a relaxing place to just sit and take in the glorious views of the beach, La Mata and Torrevieaja. Shops, restaurants, bars are within a 5 minute walk. A reliable, local bus service runs every 30 minutes during the day. Taxis and car hire can be arranged at very reasonable prices. Mr Slip - Just returned after our 5th holiday in your apartment at Parquemar, without a doubt, the best equipped and furnished apartment we have ever stayed in. Mr Carlise super accommodation, We shall be booking for next year. Mrs Syrett - the best Spanish holiday we've had. Monica Cullen - The apartment at Vinamar was lovely, well equipped, very clean and modern. Paul Saxton, a professional service provided and lovely accommodation - thank you. Mr Depledge, what a fabulous apartment, much better than the usual standard of accommodation.
. We stayed in another apartment at Parquemar, yours is much better equipped and furnished, a lovely holiday thank you - Mr Medley. Philip Marriage - we have been staying at Vinamar for the last 3 years - fantastic apartment and very good service provided.

Dawn's apartment was just what we were looking for. It was clean, tastefully furnished and very well equiped for everyone's needs. The pool and surrounding area was always clean and well looked after. The location was very central and flat for walking. The beach was close and with a 10 minute walk you can be in the middle of Lamata where there is a good choice of Restuarants. Overall we were very pleased and we have booked again for next year. Sue.

apartment very clean and tidy and area beautiful, was very hot so could have done with air con, but there was fans there. Beach just down the road and is lovely, and the pine forest is worth a visit. all correspondance with dawn was excellent, and airport transfers went smoothly.

The apartment was of a very good standard. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped, alot more than the normal apartment rentals. The owners are very helpful and gave clear directional notes and instructions. They arranged for taxis to and from the airport. The apartment overlooks the hugh pool and our children thought it was great to be able to see the pool and walk only a few minutes to the lovely beach at la mata. There's plenty to do and a large choice of restaurants, bars to enjoy. This is our second time and have stayed in Dawn & Steve's villa in Murcia as well, again, this is of a very good standard. We are happy to recommend this apartment to family and friends.

Our Stay in La Mata november 2008

This was the first time we had been to La Mata and we were certainly not disappointed.  The apartment was lovely,clean and extremely well equipped.  We had all of the English TV Channels as well as radio and CD Player.  La Mata beach which also leads onto Guardamar beach is beautiful.  For those who like to 'keep fit' there are lovely walks through the nature reserve beside the salt lakes.  We took the bus (beside aparment) to Torrevieja which is a bustling town with harbour and a good market on a Friday.  La Mata also has a good market on Wednesdays.  The weather was really good for November and we spent every day bar one on the beach.  There are some real nice bars and restaurants in this lovely Spanish Village.  We would most certainly book the apartment again.  Dawn was extremely helpful and always very pleasant.
