A lovely ground floor apartment in beautiful tropical grounds.The apartment has an open plan lounge with dining and kitchen areas.The kitchen is fully fitted with oven,hob,fridge/freezer,washing machine and small dishwasher and all the equipment you need for alfresco dining on the spacious terrace or in the conservatory for year round use.From the terrace you have views of the stunning pool and gardens only 10 metres from your door with shaped pool and shallow children's area.Both bedrooms can be used as twin or double rooms and have plenty of storage space.A cot is also available with pushchair,highchair and toys for little ones happy.For older entertainment there is a stereo and tv with sky& dvd player.This is a beautiful complex with a relaxing atmosphere from where you can explore all the area has to offer,from the Salt Lakes that change colour daily,to the lovely sandy beaches all along this coast,or the buzzing centre of Torrevieja day or night or relax by the pool its up to you

Los Altos is a pleasant urbanization a short drive from Torrevieja. Close to the apartment is a small commercial area with newsagent, supermarket, good restaurant, and car hire a 5 minute walk away. A larger supermarket is a 10 min. walk. Within a 10 minute drive you can reach the sandy beaches of Punta Prima, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and La Mata with the beautiful long beaches of Guardamar 15 minutes away. Torrevieja town is a short drive away with it's shops, restaurants, marina, day and evening markets and summer night funfair. The water park, cinema and bowling alley offer alternative entertainment. The motorway is easily accessible making sightseeing in this beautiful area a must, from the scenery around the mountains to the theme parks of Benidorm 11/2 hours away.For the Golfers among you Los Altos is within a 10/15 minute drive of 4 fantastic courses, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and La Finca.
