This is a brand new 2 bedroom (one double and one twin) 2 bathroom, first floor apartment. It can sleep 4/5 people and is situated on the Dream Hills ll urbanisation. There is a communal pool and the property has a large roof top solarium with breathtaking views. The apartment has air conditioning, which will provide coolness in the summer essential on those hot days! and warmth in the winter. It has the facilities you would expect of high quality accommodation; this includes Flat screen T.V with English television, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer etc. High chair and cot available if required

It is within walking distance (approx 5 minutes) of a commercial centre with a wide variety of places to eat and drink and a large supermarket, taxi rank, local bus service and a children's play park.Within a 5-10 minute drive of the apartment you will reach the best beaches of Orihuela Costa: Punta Prima, Flamenca beach or La Zenia are some of them. Also, Guardamar beaches, with lovely dunes and pristine water for nautical sports.If your preference is golf, several courses are located round the residential and can be reached in 10 minutes: Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin are perfect courses open all year round. Another golf course is planned to be built near to the apartment called Parquelagos Golf.

Thanks Sam we had a great week away at your apartment!! The accomodation was spot on, and a friendly couple met us on arrival, showed us round and were on hand the whole time. Loved the area, altho next time we are going to hire a car, as there is just so much to see and some fab beaches.
Loved it will book again, we just love the roof top solarium!!

Fantastic apartment, with a lovely roof top with great views. Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and the shops and restaurants were within walking distance with lots of great choices for eating out. Hope to return.

Great week at Dream Hills

Sam, Had a great week at your apartment. The directions were good and Chrissy and Paul from your management company were waiting to greet us on our arrival. The welcome pack was much appreciated, as we did not arrive at the apartment Until 10.30 at night. The children loved the swimming pool which was only a minute away and the sat tv was great for occupying them whilst mum and dad got everything ready for trips out. The information packs in the apartment were very concise and we had no trouble finding places of interest, beaches and markets etc. The local commercial centre was only a ten minute walk away (at a four year olds pace) and we also visited the playa flamenco Commercial centre a few times (5 minutes by car) which had more restaurants than you could count.
The apartment was everything as advertised in the 'brochure' and I will be recommending it to family and friends.
