The apartment is in a quiet complex on the 3rd floor (top). It offers 2 swimming pools, a balcony and solarium. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets all within a short walking distance. Less than a mile from the nearest beach. Fully equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, full cooker, fridge freezer, iron. Bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bedding provided, bath and hand towels. Two adult bicycles for your use. UK TV with Sky, DVD player, cassette player/radio. Famous for its street markets and fiestas, water parks, Go-Kart tracks and a daily fair ground in the town. The exceptional climate allows outdoor activities all year round with championship golf courses within 3 miles. It is advisable to hire a car,there are many beautiful places to visit or alternatively a very good bus service. When you book and confirm with a deposit, full details of location and facilities will be included and key. The balcony can now be closed with sliding windows making ideal for all year holls.

Nearest Airport: Murcia 25 klm or Alicante at 43 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres

The apartment is situated in Los Altos, near a Consum and Mercadona supermarket. If you are using a taxi or bus from the airport or town, they are more familiar with 'Consum supermarcado Los Altos' as the area is new. The main town is 5km away, the beach is less that a mile. There are many beaches in the area, they are all very clean and most have cafe huts. If you hire a car, directions will be sent along with your key approximately 2 weeks before you travel. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes withing walking distance offering a wide range of cuisine. There are Golf courses near by, Go-Kart track and water parks in the summer, if you need any further information, do not hesitate to telephone before you book 01554 778434 after 6.00pm.

  • Please leave the apartment clean and tidy, defrost the fridge. Lock all windows and doors and turn the electricity off in the mains. If you use the bicycles, please lock together when you leave them.
  • A deposit of 25% is required in order to secure booking, full payment is required 8 weeks before departure. the price is per apartment Details, directions and keys will then be forwarded, please return keys as soon as you return. From May to September bookings will be for one week even if your stay is less.
  • New revised price for summer bookings. £150 per week.

There are blankets and duvets and plenty of spare pillows. There are coat hangers in the fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. There is a room next to the solarium with loungers, bikes, table and some lilos for your use, please lock everything away when you leave.

Nice and clean apartment near supermarkets and restaurants. Two swimmingpools in garden, good for children. Two floors up, not very good for families with babies or +55 age person. More information and pictures http://www.donsancho5.com/
