Superbly positioned, right on the beach, this front line complex with air-conditioned apartments is now available for rentals. Each apartment has a fully equipped lounge with TV and DVD Player, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and one bathroom. Each has a small safe. They have a bed settee, so can sleep 6. The apartment building has residents-only, seasonal pools and a large sunbathing area, situated in the private inner courtyard. The complex is made up of two blocks; we have 4 apartments in the front block, overlooking the beach and 2 apartments in the back block overlooking the pool/terrace. There are 2 lifts in each block and ramps throughout the communal areas making this is a wheelchair friendly complex.

Playa De Los Locos, on the Costa Blanca, is a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach, which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness. This beach, with a children’s play area, is directly in front of the apartment building. There are beach bars and restaurants along the front and a butcher’s, fishmonger’s, bakery and small supermarket just around the corner, providing mouth-wateringly fresh bread, pastries, fish and meat produce. Just a 5-minute walk away is the totally pedestrian’s promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch your children on the beach while enjoying a nice relaxing meal! The numerous restaurants cater for all tastes. You are also within 20-30 minutes walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade.

Local Attractions: There are many family attractions in Torrevieja and the surrounding area. There is a sports complex 5 minutes walk away with a heated indoor pool, gym, sauna and Jacuzzi. The newly opened theme park of Terra Mitica is only an hour's drive away and there are numerous coach trips running there daily. There are many activities including water sports, horse riding, go-carting and scuba diving to name but a few. For the golf lovers amongst you there are three 18-hole championship courses within easy driving distance. On Fridays, Torrevieja hosts market day with approx 1200 stalls set up near the town centre, selling clothes, shoes, jewellery, leather goods and food (including 'Chocolate con Churros' - a must have!).

Golf Courses: There are four local courses within 15-20 minutes drive: La Finca at75 Euros, Las Ramblas at 50 Euros is a difficult course, Campamor also 50 Euros is an easy course, but Villa Martin, again 50 Euros is recommended as the best.
