| Notes: | Although the apartment has two bedrooms the living room is furnished with a sofa bed which will accommodate sleeping two people if necessary. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and a stand-up floor fan is available for the living/dining area. The patio attached to the property is enclosed and therefore is safe for children to play without risk of 'escape'. A section of the patio area will be shaded to allow children to play without the worry of sunburn, although please still use sunscreen as the Spanish sun can be hot. Should you require transport from and to the airport this can be arranged, and charged locally. We also provide a mid-week change of towels and bedding - this will also be charged locally. On the day of arrival milk, water and teabags will be put into the apartment at no extra cost. There are no hidden charges.........the price you see is the price you pay. |
Numerous places to eat
Or drink. From the dedicated restaurants to the plentiful Tapas bars you will never be short of somewhere to take a short break. Torrevieja`s market (Europe’s largest Friday market) is definitely worth a look and is only a short walk away. Torrevieja has something for everyone including beaches, the Los Locos beach is approx a 10 min walk from the apartment, this is a Blue Flag beach with fine golden sand, and moderate waves. Golf courses, parks, a large promenade, an internationally renowned marina and a guaranteed 320 days of sunshine per year. The world health organisation says the Costa Blanca has the healthest weather in the world with hot summers and mild winters. Torrevieja has something for everyone whether you want to take in the views, or explore the place or simply relax in the warm sunshine, we are sure you will have a fantastic time.
The property is situated
Approximately 3/4 of a mile from Torrevieja centre and about 25 minutes from Alicante and Murcia airports. Benidorm is a 60 minute drive and La Manga is approximately 1 hour. Senior clients, there is one step leading to the apartment complex but from then on it is all on one level and easily accessible as the accommodation is on the ground floor.
Water Park
There is a Water Park 10 minutes walk from the apartment. It is open throughout the period of June/July to September only. We know how important holidays are to everyone so we want you to enjoy yourselves, as an added benefit to families with younger children we also provide buckets and spades and also a variety of games and Lego. IMPORTANT: Please vacate the property before 12:00 noon on your day of departure. Property unavailable before 2:00pm on the day of arrival to facilitate cleaning and replacement of all linen, towels etc. Our apartment is family run, we are on hand should you have any problems or simply need directions. We also speak Spanish so even if you're not feeling too good and need the chemist, doctor etc, we can help. A complete package for the price you pay. Can't ask better than that. Feeling the chill? Why not take a long break, where the climate is still warm and the skies are still blue!! Enquire about reduced rentals for longer lets.

Had a brillant time at this apartment. The description was accurate and the location was good not too far from town centre but good for a quiet holiday. The property was very clean,very well maintained and well equipped from kitchen essentials to bathroom and entertainment essentials, including laundry appliances and supplies. The owners were brilliant from being picked up from the airport to going home, they lived down the road and were on the other end of the phone if we needed anything. We would recommend this property to young,old and families. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby were cheap and good as well as the bars. The apartment was very secure with lockable gates to the complex and a safe in the apartment so we had no worries about money,passports etc. An excellant holiday was had by all three of us.
