43 Calle Huerto (Europa III) A lovely one bedroom apartment in a secure complex in the centre of town and just ten minutes walk from the fabulous Torrevieja Marina and lovely beaches. With the benefit of a south facing balcony which attracts the sun all day it is a lovely place for a winter stay. Ceiling fans have been fitted for your use in the warmer weather. This is one of two apartment that we have in the same complex ( see advert 13273)

The apartment is set in the middle of Torrevieja town just behind the lovely Park of Nations. Torrevieja is 25 minutes' drive south of Alicante international airport and we can offer you an airport transfer if you do not want to drive while you are on holiday. Murcia airport is south and about 30 minutes drive. There are plenty of places to see in what was a lovely old fishing village including the marina and port which is ideal for your evening stroll. The water park is also walking distance and offers the guest a lovely day out. It is open from June to September.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking to reserve your dates. Balance due 6 weeks prior to departure date.
    A €50 local management charge (non refundable) is payable on arrival for 'meet & greet' handover of keys, & cleaning at the end of your stay etc. MID WEEK BOOKINGS ACCEPTED
    A welcome pack can be organized for late arrivals. This will consist of water, milk, orange juice, tea ,coffee, bread, butter & jam but can be flexible to suit individual needs of guests. Electricity and water are included in the rental rates.
    A €100 refundable breakage deposit is also taken & returned upon departure, subject to no damage or breakages.Please note that guests are asked to leave at 10am on the day of departure in July & August.
  • Local English speaking agents can also arrange (at extra cost) airport transfers & food packs for those arriving at inconvenient times. We will be at the apartment to meet you when you arrive.
    Cots for toddlers are also available at a small extra charge.
    A 10% discount is available for long term lets (more than 4weeks).
  • Bathroom towels are provided but please bring your own beach / pool towels.
    Please note This property has a maximum occupancy as shown on the front page of the advertisement. In the event of this number being exceeded, either a pro rata charge will be made or the extra person (people) may be asked to leave immediately. This decision will be entirely at the owner’s discretion.

Local area: The apartment is only a short distance from the beautiful blue Mediterranean sea. The apartment block has its own secure door entry system, communal pool area for residents & guests only. Within easy walking distance there are numerous bars, pubs & restaurants on the sea front. A couple of small supermarkets are also walking distance with larger supermarkets & a hypermarket 10 minutes walk away. The water park in Torrevieja is a favorite attraction for families & younger visitors. There are several Go-Kart tracks in the area, which are excellent fun & entertainment for all ages.

Costa Blanca: The 'white coast' is famous for its wonderful climate, all year round. Even the Spanish claim that local inhabitants live up to 10 years longer than in the rest of Spain! Facilities have improved dramatically in the last few years, particularly with the addition of motorway routes directly into the area & the growth of excellent, all-year round, golf clubs.

Golf courses: Within 15 minutes drive there are 3 18 hole championship courses. these are at Campoamor, Villa Martin & Las Ramblas.Many other courses are only a little further away. Anyone who is looking to buy a property in the area should let me know at time of booking as I can arrange for an inspection of properties (new or resale) during your stay, through an English speaking local company, at no extra cost!
